I was a bit concerned that there wern't any reviews to evaluate this TV but after comparing specs, it seemed like a good choice. Sound, viewing angle, clarity & contrast are all excellent. The manual is lacking, but that's a minor issue. It had only one review on Amazon which was a good one and then, I found some other positive ones elsewhere but, obviously, you cannot always believe the reviews. I was not impressed with the quality of the picture and there were both occasional video and audio stuttering issues on digital channels. It is my own fault for going with a no name product. It was not my cable connection because when I replaced it with a Sanyo, I have no video or audio stuttering. Another reason that I bought it was that reviews on sites other than Amazon said that it had a good viewing angle no matter from which direction you were looking. This is not what I found to be the case. If you did not look at it head on, you could barely see a picture-very dark. I would not recommend this product. IT NOT ONLY HAS THE SHARPEST PICTURE, BUT THE SOUND IS FANTASTIC. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TV TO EVERYONE WHO HAS THE NEED FOR A SMALL SIZE SCREEN. IT FIT PERFECT IN THE CABINET. AMAZON WAS THE ONLY COMPANY WHO HAD A TV THE SIZE I REQUIRED. Plye Home 15.6 inch TVMay 07, 2011By Carl O. Pederson "Pete" Compact very functional with multiple input and output options... Nice features on such a small set. The sound is good, good audio and picture control settings. The only thing I wonder about is the you look at the picture from off of center or at and angle it almost looks like a plasma picture. I have a 55 inch and you can stand anywhere and view the screen clearly. Not worth the listed cost of almost $400.00, but a good value @ the $99.00 paid after a $25.00 dicsount card. | ||||||||||||||||||
